Eastwood Low VOC Urethane Activator is required for use with Eastwood's Low VOC Clears and the Eastwood Basecoat Clear coat system. The FAST activator (50308zp) is for use below 70 degrees F, the MEDIUM (50309zp) activator between 70 and 80 degrees F, or the SLOW activator (50310zp) for temperatures above 80 degrees F.
